The Department of Food Technology organized The 2nd International Short Course in Food Technology, under the theme “Exploring a Circular Economy for Cocoa and Chocolate Production,” supported by the Silpakorn Summer School 2025 project. The course took place from May 11 to 16, 2025.
The department welcomed 30 international students, consisting of:- 8 students from China
- 4 students from Cambodia
- 7 students from Japan
- 5 students from Malaysia
- 6 students from Vietnam
