Ms. Chhuncheng Loem (right in the photo) and Ms. San Kimsreang (left in the photo), undergraduate students from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Cambodia, have traveled to the Department of Food Technology to conduct research as part of their graduation requirements. Their research stay will last for three months, starting from February 15, 2025.
Chhuncheng Loem is conducting research on "Enhancing Heat Resistance and Reducing Fat Bloom in Chocolate Using Kokum Butter and High-Melting Fraction of Palm Oil", under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sopark Sonwai.
San Kimsreang is working on "Properties of Hydrogel Made from Hydrocolloids Reinforced with nata de coco Fibers", under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Dr. Khwanjai Klinchongkon (center in the photo).
