THE 17th FOOD INNOVATION ASIA CONFERENCE 2015 (FIAC 2015)
18-19  JUNE 2015 BITEC, BANGNA, BANGKOK

The conference provide opportunity to meet and share experiences as well as strengthen networking among international food scientists and scientists in related fields from academia, government and food industries. The objective is to highlight significant developments in research and innovation in food science and technology with an emphasis on innovative ASEAN food research towards the World. The conference will feature series of presentations and discussions in plenary, concurrent and poster sessions, informal gatherings, competitions and exhibitions.

Announcements:

1. For all participants please login to your account and check the status of your paper!!

2. The deadline of revised full paper submission is 10 May 2015
 “Please be on time otherwise your paper will not be appeared in the conference proceedings”

3. The deadline of revised abstract submission is 10 May 2015
 “Please be on time otherwise your abstract will not be appeared in the conference book of abstract”

4. Guideline for poster presentation
  • Poster sessions will be located on the 2nd floor at BITEC.
  • A 90 (width) x 120 (height) cm partition board will be provided for your poster exhibition.
  • Your poster board will be marked with your poster number.
  • Detailed schedule of the poster sessions will be announced later at the conference website.
  • English is used for poster presentation
  • The poster should be legible from a distance of 2 m and exhibit a clear headings and sub-headings.

General recommendation:
  • 20 cm for figures;
  • 3 cm for the paper’s title
  • 1.5 cm for the names/addresses of the authors;
  • 1.5 cm for sections headings such as introduction, results, labels for figures, tables;
  • 0.8 cm characters in height for other text;
  • Use colors, graphical forms, figures etc to improve clarity.

5. Guideline for oral presentation
 Each presenter will have 12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes for question (total time is 15 minutes for each presenter)

CALL FOR ABSTRACT
You are invited to submit an abstract(s) for an oral and poster presentation at Food Innovation AsiaConference 2015: Innovative ASEAN Food Research towards the World (FIAC 2015).

Each abstract must be original and unpublished work, not submitted for publication elsewhere (copyright problems fall entirely under responsibility of the authors). FIAC 2015 has an abstract submission in different categories as following.
